Event coverage is a real service we offer, and we want to be straight about where it sits: property media is our focus, and events are something we do well for the clients we already shoot listings for. If you need a dedicated event photographer for a 400 person conference, there are specialists who do nothing else and we will happily point you at one.

What we need to know before an event

The run of show, whoever must be photographed, and any group shot you need organized before people start leaving. If there is a speech, an award or a ribbon, tell us when. Events do not repeat, and a moment missed because nobody mentioned it was happening is not recoverable.

If any guest is not to be photographed, or the event is private, say so up front and we will work to it.

What kinds of events do you cover?

Property media is our focus and events are something we do well for clients we already work with. For a large dedicated conference, a specialist event photographer is the better call and we will point you at one.
How quickly do we get the photos?
A small edited set of selects same day or the next morning, so you can post while the event still matters, with the full gallery following on our normal schedule. Turnaround is most of the value on event work.
Can you do headshots at a brokerage event?
Yes, and it is an efficient way to do it. We set up a backdrop in a side room and run agents through between the event itself. You get a whole team photographed consistently in one evening instead of chasing twenty separate bookings. See realtor headshots.
What do you need from us beforehand?
The run of show, anyone who must be photographed, and any group shot you want organized before people start leaving. If there is a speech, an award or a ribbon, we need to know when. Events do not repeat, and a missed moment nobody mentioned is not recoverable.
What about guests who do not want to be photographed?
Tell us and we work to it. If the event is private, or particular guests are not to be photographed, that is a normal request and we do not need a reason. Say so up front rather than after the fact.
