Client Onboarding: How Your First Shoot Works

How Working With ZABE Media Runs

Welcome. This page is for clients who have just started working with us and want to know how the whole thing runs. It is not linked from the main navigation and is not indexed by search engines, so bookmark it if it is useful.

1. Booking

Everything goes through the booking portal. It takes under two minutes and needs three things: your contact details, the property address and the shoot type. The slot is confirmed immediately and you get a prep checklist to forward to the seller.

Use the portal for anything that fits a package. Message us instead for commercial, land, luxury or ongoing program work, since those are quoted per property.

2. Before the shoot

Forward the prep checklist to the seller. It is written to be sent straight on without editing. Ten minutes of prep does more for the gallery than anything we can do afterward.

Tell us three things if any of them apply: which way the property faces and when the good light is, anything sensitive about the listing, and any access issue such as a gate code, a lockbox or a locked room.

3. On the day

About an hour on site for a standard home, longer for larger properties or if a 3D tour, floor plan or video is booked. All of it happens in one visit.

The seller does not need to be there. We need access and, if there are pets, for them to be contained so nothing wanders into a frame or out an open door.

If weather makes the drone portion unsafe we shoot everything else, come back for the aerials at no extra charge, and you are not billed for aerials you did not get.

4. Delivery

The next business day, as one gallery link. Inside it you get MLS sized files, full resolution files, the floor plan, the tour link if you booked one, the video, and the marketing kit assets.

The link does not expire in a week. Forward it to the seller, your TC or your brokerage as you need to.

5. If something is wrong

Call us. (512) 859-6430. Every package carries a one week money back guarantee, but in practice almost nothing gets refunded because we would far rather reshoot or re edit than take the money back. You will always reach a real member of the ZABE team who knows your shoot.

Image licensing, briefly

You get a full license to use the images to market that property: MLS, portals, your own site, print and social. We retain copyright, which is standard, and may use a frame or two in our portfolio. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not. No reason needed. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
